This notice explains what personal data this app collects, why, and your rights under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

Your name, mobile number, email address, birthday (if you choose to give it), the skin concerns you select, the treatments the clinic logs for you, your aftercare check-ins (including any photo you upload), messages you send the clinic, and the credits or offers on your account.

Why we collect it

To identify you at the clinic, keep a record of the treatments you have had, show you the right aftercare and maintenance reminders, answer your messages, and manage credits you are entitled to. With your separate consent, to tell you about offers, credits and events. We do not store clinical notes in this app; those stay in the clinic's medical records.

Who can see it

Only you, and clinic staff whom the doctor has personally approved and who unlock the clinic desk with a PIN for each session. Every access is logged. Your data is stored with Supabase (Singapore region) and served by Vercel; both act only on our instructions. We never sell your data and never share it with advertisers.

Marketing messages

You choose at sign-up whether we may message you about offers. You can change your mind at any time in your profile, or by replying STOP to any WhatsApp message from the clinic, and we will stop within one working day. Treatment reminders and aftercare messages are part of your care and continue unless you ask us to stop those too.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account, and afterwards as long as we are required to keep clinic records under Singapore law.

Your rights

You can see your details in the app, correct them yourself, and ask us to correct or delete anything else, or to stop using your data, by messaging the clinic in the app or emailing our Data Protection Officer at dr.sinyong@gmail.com.
